These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dewisdomites Global Empowerment Services (D-GES) platform, including our website, courses, marketplace, and referral system. By registering or using D-GES, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Membership

Access to the platform requires a one-time membership registration, the amount of which is displayed at checkout in your local currency. Upon successful registration you gain access to selected training programs, the D-GES community, and the opportunity to earn through referrals. Some courses and benefits are unlocked at higher membership levels based on activity and performance.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited activities include, without limitation: creating fraudulent or duplicate accounts, manipulating the referral system, posting unlawful or misleading content, infringing others' intellectual property, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, and using the platform to harass or defraud other members.

4. Courses & Content

All course materials, text, graphics, logos, and software on the platform are the property of D-GES or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access course content for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share course materials without written permission.

5. Marketplace

The members' marketplace allows active members to list products, services, and digital goods. Listings and any resulting transactions are solely between the buyer and seller. D-GES is not a party to marketplace transactions, does not process marketplace payments, and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of items listed. We may review, suspend, or remove listings that violate these Terms.

6. Referral System

Members may earn referral rewards for introducing new members who complete registration. Rewards are governed by the published compensation structure and may be adjusted with notice. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, or where required by law. You may stop using the platform at any time. Certain provisions — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — survive termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, D-GES is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of income, arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Privacy Policy explains how D-GES collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our platform. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and transparently.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, country, and payment details — when you register, contact us, or use platform features. We also automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, device and browser information, and usage activity to operate and improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: create and manage your account; process registration and payments; deliver courses and track progress; operate the referral system and calculate rewards; provide support; send important service and transactional messages; and, where you have opted in, send newsletters and updates. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve the platform.

3. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (such as payment processors and hosting providers), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of D-GES and its members. Marketplace contact details you choose to publish in a listing are visible to other users.

5. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

6. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We will respond to valid requests within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which membership and related payments may be refunded. Please read it carefully before completing any payment.

1. Nature of the Membership

The D-GES membership grants immediate access to digital training content, the community, and platform features. Because access and value are delivered instantly upon successful registration, membership fees are generally non-refundable.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, such as a duplicate or erroneous charge, or a verified technical failure that prevented you from accessing the platform and which we were unable to resolve. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment with proof of the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: membership where course content has already been accessed; referral rewards and wallet balances; and any payment where a violation of our Terms (including fraud or referral abuse) is identified.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact support@d-ges.org with your registration reference, the email used at payment, and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to process, depending on your provider.

5. Marketplace Transactions

D-GES does not process marketplace payments and therefore cannot issue refunds for marketplace purchases. Any refund or dispute for a marketplace item is handled directly between the buyer and the seller.

1. No Guarantee of Income

Dewisdomites Academy is, first and foremost, a skills and empowerment platform. While members may earn rewards through the referral system, participation does not guarantee any specific income or financial result. We make no representation that you will earn any particular amount, or any amount at all.

2. Results Depend on Effort

Any earnings depend entirely on individual effort, consistency, skill, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. Examples or figures mentioned on the platform reflect possibilities, not typical or expected outcomes, and individual results will vary.

3. Value First

Our system is built on value first, reward next. Members receive learning value immediately upon joining, and referrals are encouraged but never required to access the core training. You should join primarily to gain skills, not as an investment expecting financial returns.

4. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

5. Your Responsibility

By participating, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these terms, that you are responsible for your own results, and that D-GES is not liable for any loss of expected income or opportunity.
